At the opening of the gates, a throng of people rush in and gather at the immediate open square. This is an open air market, with goods and crafts set up strategically placed for easy consumer access. Many sellers are on colorful carpets spread out on the hard stone ground, with either food or trinkets displayed. The luckier ones have stalls draped with vibrant curtains, sheltering their merchandise from the hot sun.
